Get to know me…

Kia ora, I’m Nicole and I’m delighted to be offering appointments to new and existing clients here in Ashburton again. My background in the health and fitness, beauty, and holistic wellness industries spans over 25 years.  I’m passionate about educating clients around skin care, skin structure and function and how embracing an holistic approach across health and wellness can improve not only the skin, but energy levels, gut and mental health, sleep and immunity.

This includes physical aspects of wellbeing, and supporting women through the peri-menopause and menopause stages of life. Bespoke exercise programmes and nutritional and hormonal advice in one on one sessions, creates healthy change in body composition to prevent metabolic disease and cognitive decline.

Consultations and treatments are offered individually in a professional clinic setting for facial and body treatments or one on one exercise sessions. Online virtual consultations are offered for those at a distance.

Throughout my career I have studied complementary therapies such as Reiki and Hands on Healing, Aromatherapy, Naturopathy and Homeopathy, Nutrition and supplementation plus the effects of these on gut health and mental health. This gives me the ability to take an overall holistic approach to beauty, health and wellness in my consultations and diagnostic sessions.

As a member of the New Zealand Association of Registered Beauty Professionals (NZARP) I am associated with a national body which holds itself and its members to a high standard of excellence, so you know you are in safe hands. Studying in Auckland, my qualifications are recognised worldwide with the prestigious Vienna based CIDESCO and British Confederation of Beauty Therapy and Cosmetology plus British ITEC qualifications in Beauty therapy, Advanced Skin Diagnosis and Dermal Therapies, Body treatments, Electrolysis and Aromatherapy.  Through the Australasian College of Herbal Studies, I studied complementary therapies, nutrition and supplementation which form the major foundation for any health and wellness and skin improvement protocols.

It’s crucial to understand the skin and the way it functions and how this is connected to other body systems. That’s the importance of my holistic approach and complementary therapies alongside scientifically proven clinic treatments to achieve results.

I am a Master Skin Educator with a Master Practitioner Diploma in Advanced Skin Diagnosis and Dermal Therapies, qualifications in Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) and LED therapies, Collagen Induction Therapy (Dermal Needling), plus High Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) for skin lifting as well as Microdermabrasion and Hydrodermabrasion with Electroporation.

I am passionate about passing on my knowledge of the skin, holistic health and wellness, including peri-menopause and menopause changes to skin and body composition. I have lectured at Aoraki and Otago Polytechnics plus Te Pukenga Weltec in Wellington, as well as teaching short course modules at secondary schools in Canterbury and Otago.

I offer individual consultation and treatment in my clinic or online. I am also available to speak professionally and take practical sessions for groups.
